There are places within walking distance like Pat’s if you are craving the best Cheesesteak in town. Or if you want to watch your food being cooked right in front of you, you can hop in the car and drive 5 minutes to Benihana and dodge the flying shrimp. Farm to table, piping hot pizza and good old classic bar food are all within minutes in any direction you set off in. So when you don’t want to cook, Grub Hub or your personal mode of transportation will save the day/dinner and you won’t have to go far or pay major delivery fees.

Entertainment in Southeast Denver.

There are so many places that you can get to easily from Parc, you’ll just have to drop a pin on the map and head that direction.

Denver offers so many options in terms of entertainment, music, theater, physical activities and not-so physical activities, that there is something for everyone. Dave and Busters is a quick 10-minute drive down Evans Ave and play like a kid again or make the 20-minute trip to the Denver Performing Arts Complex to play like a grown-up…do both in one day! If you’re lucky, you can catch the Broncos game at the stadium which is 20 minutes away or head up to Red Rocks to see the view and enjoy the show 30 minutes from home. This central location makes it easy to get to where the fun is.

Outdoor Activities Near Parc.

300 days of sunshine will be needed for the many outdoor activities that this great state has to offer.

You can take the dog for a walk at James Bible located just a little over a mile away or hop in the car and take the pup to the Cherry Creek State Park for an adventure just 20 short minutes away. There are two major trails that are a hop, skip and a jump away for your evening bike ride or morning run. And if you want a little more sunshine in your life, play 18-holes at Kennedy golf course 10 minutes away or take a leisurely walk through the expansive Denver Zoo 20 minutes away from your home.

Schools in the Neighborhood.

If you want a top-notch school district, you want to live at Parc.

Cherry Creek School District is consistently ranked at the top of any school comparison chart out there in the state and the nation. The school bus stop is in the middle of the community so the kids are picked up and dropped off in front of the clubhouse, convenience to the max! And if you are looking to further your education as an adult, Bel-Rae and DU are both a 10 to 15-minute drive from your home. Great minds live at The Parc.

It is true that the Cherry Creek mall is not in our backyard, but it is only a 15-minute drive away if you are in need of a special, unique gift. Or you need to pick up a quick necessity, walk around the corner to the Central Park Shopping Center and never even set foot on a street or sidewalk because it is adjacent to The Parc. A Target run will take you 5 minutes and then you can head across the street to the Whole Foods in Tiffany Plaza.

Transportation in Southeast Denver.

If you find yourself in your car, you can always take a short 5-minute drive and jump onto I25 or I225 to get you anywhere you need to be. But if you are looking for someone else to drive, there are a plethora of different options for public transportation close and convenient. You could also consider saving money and joining a carpool if you’re into sharing and the environment and that sort of thing.
